What kind of different cultures: can be found.
Working life orientation in competence based curriculum
What kind of knowledge, skills, attitude, characteristic need to teach for international students?
Afternoon we are have activity, our group take question "Why intern-ing the higher education is seen widely important among European higher educ institution" we are disccased acording to Strategy for the inter of Higher Educ Instit in Finland 2009-2015. This document aim take opartunity for yang student study in abroad
20.05 Tampere  TAKK adult education centre. Private education institution
4000 student  100 qualification. Study time 10 mounth. After language course they pass National Finnish languafe test. For take citizenship they need to know finnish language.
Government to suport unemployment poeple 700 euro.
Nowadays TAKK also teach on-line course.

22.05 Helsinki. We are visited CIMO (centre for International Mobility organisation)
It was interesting meeting, member of CIMO introduse for us theyr mision and strategy.

Exellence in skills (12-15 May)

Exellence in skills, at the begining week we are met with teachers and they introduce bacraund.
Talent has been defined and understood differently in various eras and societies. Old determine (measure) intelligence system developped by Howars Gardner. He divide for 8 part human being intelligence:
1. Linguistic/verbal intelligence (to spoken and writing language, an abilty to learn language)
2. Logical/mathematical intelligence (to analyse problem logicaly and to perform math-l operations)
3. Musical intelligence
4. Body - kinesthetic intelligence (ability to use your whole body)
5.Spatial intelligence  (ability to recognize and perceive patterns)
6. Naturalist intelligence (ability to recognize and classify natural objects)
7. Interpersonal intelligence (ability to understand the intentions, motives and desire of others and to work well together with others)
8. Inrapersonal intelligence.

Afternoon they organize for us learning cafe. We divided for 4 group, each group has 4 members and one question for group. It was interesting process where we try to explain and answer for question.

We did Drama - activity, where teacher show one epizod then other one by one need to copy this epizod, this activity was funny becouse it is complecate to copy exacrly.

Learning activity, we need to write defenation for 4 different questions. Our group get next question: Informal learning environment. We need to give a short definitation of this question and give examples, then represent our activity for all group. It was interseting discussion.
