Assessment of learning (14-16 april)

Before our course session Irma Kunnari give for us questions about assessment, I think she tested our knowlodge about assessment, it is like pre assessment.
At the bigining our lessons she underlined key words our discription about assessment then told about Finnish system of assessment. Assessment main part of education process. In Finland also as Kazakhstan function Formative and Sumative assessment system.
I'm interested with Self assessment, it is new approach in the education and totaly will change assessment system. It is huge work with student and it is give more possibility for students.

Aisberg model assessment, this is model graphicaly discribe how many knowlodge, skills and attitude under the sea, we can see it is diffucult to find right assessment tools for assess inside the student.

Taitaja 2014 Showrooms

All competitions share the aim of developing exellence in the fied of skills and competence development. Also, they help raise awareness of the importance of professional excellence. The competitions are a way of upgrading the status of vocational education and training and encouraging young people to improve their professional and enterpreneurial skills.
I was surprised how young talant students make diffirent works like constractions, engenirya, medicine and so on.



Taitaja 2014 "National vocational skills competitions"

I was lucky who participated Taitaja 2014 Finnish National vocational skills competitions held in Lahti.
This is a gread Finnish National competitions Taitaja is organazed every year in a different city in Finland.
Skills Finland gives the right to organize the event to a local vocational education and training provider, who is then responsible for the actual implementation of the event. Competition trains the team, which represent firstly on the local then national after euro skills competition and WorldSkills International.This is way really hard coach for all competition members.
I was wonder how a organize this exlence showrooms, exebition and seminars. On the seminar we are listned cognetivly presentetins about vocational educations and how important for young students this competitions.  
VET - the aim of on-the-job learning is to improve the vocational skills of students and their posibilites to enter into the labor market.

1. Competition winner - good to publisity, sosity like winner
2. Transform of world, around the competitors and knowledge

Education Technology with Jukka (7-9 appril)

From 7 to 9 appril I learned more about Education technology with HAMK teacher Jukka. At the beginig week he denotate for us week sceduale wich include working with tablet, create own web site, it is all seeing one words "Development Personal learning envirement".
E-Learning divaided for contact learning, blended learning (contact+distance), self learning, collaborative learning.

Pedagogical content

From 31 march to 2 april we have been learning Pedagogical Content Knowledge and diffirent kind off useful aplication with senior lecture Souni Enqvist.
Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) by Shulman - the ways of representing and formulating the subject that make it comprehensible to others. TPCK - Technological
21 st century skills definitations:
- critical thinking and problem solving
- creativity and innovation
- communication and collaboration
- scintic and numerical literacy
- cross disciplinary thinking
-information literacy
- media literacy
- ICT literacy
In the this list I interested media literacy, nowadays it is very important becouse we have so many publish materials and we need to know how it get.



Authentic learning # find to correct answers throw critical thinking/
Authentic learning - to be "interdisciplinary" given that life, understanding into subject areas, and as adults students will have to apply multiple skills or domains of knowledge in any given educational, career, civic, or life situation.

Integration

Meeting with Marja Raikkonen, Head of International Affairs

This meeting was cognitively
Marja director of international affairs. We are talking about international co-operation HAMK university. She showed me HAMK Develompent plan for internationalisation 2015. This plan compiled according to the Ministry of Education's strategy. We talked about strategic partners and how relationship with partners. For me Interested Key partners, it is new view for development company. It was very helpful conversations.
